As founder of Inland Regional Healthcare Training Center, Leonard Garcia brings over 20 years of experience in Emergency Medical Services, having served as an Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic, and currently a Professor at two community colleges.
By 2024, Leonard has dedicated six years to teaching the Emergency Medical Technician course (Fire Technology 144), consistently instructing 4 to 6 classes annually. Additionally, for the past five years, he has been a key figure in the Career Pathways program, teaching Emergency Medical Foundations (Fire Technology 120) in two classes each year.
Leonard's Master's degree in education has significantly contributed to his growth and development as an instructor, enabling him to effectively impart knowledge and skills to the next generation of emergency medical professionals.
